Is your company new to the area and do you understand the Raleigh area?
Great question! While our company is new, we aren’t new to Raleigh or the replacement window business. We have over 25 years in the Replacement Window business in the Raleigh-Durham area with over 52,000 replacement windows sold and installed in over 5200 homes. Our families all live and work here and we’re an active part of the community.
What Warranties do you provide?
At Window Xperts we offer a Transferable Labor Warranty. For a period of 60 months from the original date of installation, Window Xperts provides all labor necessary to correct any item(s) covered by this warranty. There is a nominal charge after 1 year for all service calls. This also covers one subsequent owner of the same residence.
We also offer a Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. All new windows installed by Window Xperts are warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the purchaser resides at or owns the home. How long will I have to wait for a quote?
We believe that you will see value within the first 10 minutes of our free, no-pressure 45-minute consultation. By the end of 45 minutes, you will have an “Instant Quote” with our “No Surprises” project price.
Can you help me compare the different replacement windows you offer?
The climate in the Raleigh area is very straightforward which is why we keep it simple and offer only 2 glass package options.
